S.B. 230 Consumer Credit Amendments(Brammer, B.) Sen. Brady Brammer presented the bill. Kent Landvatter, Chairman and CEO, FinWise BanCorp, provided public comment. Rep. Sawyer moved to pass S.B. 230 out favorably. Rep. Peterson moved to place S.B. 230 on the Consent Calendar. 2nd Sub. S.B. 227 Punitive Damages Amendments(Winterton, R.) Sen. Ronald Winterton presented the bill and answered questions from the committee. Rep. Ivory moved to pass 2nd Substitute S.B. 227 out favorably. 2nd Sub. S.B. 175 Health Insurance Revisions(Kwan, K.)
