Chair Hall moved to replace HB0321S01 with HB0321S02. Chair Hall moved to pass HB0321S02 out favorably. Chair Hall assumed the chair. H.B. 350 Foods Available at Schools Amendments(Chevrier, K.) Rep. Kristen Chevrier had a handout distributed and presented the bill. HB 350 Foods Available at Schools Tamra Watson, Director of Communication, Utah Association of Public Charter Schools, spoke in opposition to the bill. Megan Larson, resident, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Clancy moved to amend HB0350 with Amendment #1. Rep. Clancy moved to pass HB0350 out favorably.
