H.B. 321 Inmate Medical Treatment Rates Amendments(Fiefia, D.) Rep. Doug Fiefia had a handout distributed and presented the bill with the assistance of Marcus Wisner, Director, Correctional Health Services Services, Utah Department of Health and Human Services. HB 321 1st Sub Inmate Medical Treatment Rates Rep. Clancy moved to pass HB0321S01 out favorably. Rep. Eliason moved to hold HB0321S01. H.B. 472 Division of Licensing and Background Checks Amendments(Loubet, A.) Rep. Anthony Loubet presented the bill with the assistance of Shannon Tolman-Black, Director, Division of Licensing and Background Checks, Department of Health and Human Services. Rep. Gricius moved to replace HB0472 with HB0472S01. Rep. Gricius moved to pass HB0472S01 out favorably. H.C.R. 8 Concurrent Resolution Directing PEHP to Establish the Weight Management and Obesity Pilot Program(Barlow, S.) Rep. Stewart Barlow presented the bill with the assistance of Chet Loftus, Managing Director, Public Employees Health Plan. Rep. Acton moved to amend HCR008 with a verbal amendment. Rep.
