Sahara Hayes presented the bill. Dave Gessel, Executive Vice President, Utah Hospital Association, spoke to the bill. Eric Isom, resident, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Clancy moved to amend HB0417 with Amendment #1. Rep. Clancy moved to pass HB0417 out favorably. Vice Chair Monson assumed the chair. H.B. 270 Healthcare Worker Post-Employment Amendments(Hall, K.)
