Shallenberger moved to pass HB0111S01 out favorably. HB0291 - Security and Land Restriction Amendments Rep. Pierucci presented the bill with assistance from Tanner Jensen, Department of Public Safety. Willis LeFeure spoke to the bill. Erin Wynn, Director of External Relations, Office of the Attorney General, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Koford moved to amend HB0291 with Amendment #1. Rep. Koford moved to pass HB0291 out favorably. HB0296 - Water Commitment Amendments Rep. Chew moved to cease to saunter 2:48 p.m. SB0020 - Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Technical Changes Rep. Albrecht presented the bill. Rep. Monson moved to pass SB0020 out favorably. SB0026 - Pest Control Amendments Rep. Albrecht presented the bill with assistance from Robert Hougaard, Department of Agriculture and Food. Rep. Arthur moved to pass SB0026 out favorably. Rep. Kohler moved to adjourn. Chair Shipp adjourned the meeting 2:59 p.m.
