Joey Gilbert, President, Associated General Contractors, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Dunnigan moved to adopt 2nd Substitute H.B. 65. Rep. Wilcox moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 65 out favorably. H.B. 98 Residential Notification Amendments(Fitisemanu, J.) Rep. Jake Fitisemanu presented the bill. Rep.
