Recording 1 Chair Millner called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m. Committee Business Sen. Wilson moved to approve the minutes of the March 31, 2026, meeting. Permanent Community Impact Fund Board Matt Tippets, county commissioner, Daggett County, presented on his background and interest in serving on the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board and answered questions from the committee. Sen. Wilson moved to favorably recommend Matt Tippets to the full Senate as a member of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board. Private Activity Bond Review Board Joey Granger, auditor, Wasatch County, presented on her background and interest in serving on the Private Activity Bond Review Board. Sen. Wilson moved to favorably recommend Joey Granger to the full Senate as a member of the Private Activity Bond Review Board. Private Activity Bond Review Board Alison McCoy, auditor, Tooele County, presented on her background and interest in serving on the Private Activity Bond Review Board. Sen. Stevenson moved to favorably recommend Alison McCoy to the full Senate as a member of the Private Activity Bond Review Board. Other Items/Adjourn Sen. Owens moved to adjourn. Chair Millner adjourned the meeting at 2:28 p.m.
