Recording 1 Call to Order Chair Owens called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m. APB: Utah Education and Telehealth Network 3a. Accountable Process Budget Review UETN Review - June 2026 - Preliminary Analysis Sean Faherty presented the Accountable Process Budget (APB) for Utah Education and Telehealth Network. Rep. Christofferson asked if information is available in a financial statement, and Sean Faherty responded. Spencer Jenkins, Executive Director, Utah Education and Telehealth Network, answered questions from Rep. Christofferson. Approval of Minutes Sen. Ipson moved to approve the minutes from the February 10, 2026 meeting. APB: Gov Ops- ISF Facilities Management 4a. Accountable Process Budget Review DFCM ISF Review - June 2026 - Preliminary Analysis Sean Faherty reviewed the APB for Division of Facilities Construction and Management Internal Service Fund. Rep. Christofferson asked if agencies can lease out unused building space, and Sean Faherty and Andy Marr, Director, DFCM, responded. APB: School & Institutional Trust Beneficiaries' Advocacy Office 5a. Account Process Budget Review Advocacy Noah Hansen presented the APB for the School and Institutional Trust Beneficiaries' Advocacy Office. Sen. Kwan commented on the performance measure recommendations, and Noah Hansen responded. APB: UDOT Operations and Maintenance 6. UDOT Operations and Maintenance APB Rachel Boe presented the APB for Department of Transportation Operations and Management. Sen. Riebe asked about gondola funding, and Lisa Wilson, Deputy Director of Engineering and Operations, and Ben Huot, Deputy Director of Planning and Investment, UDOT, responded. Rachel Boe continued the presentation. Rep. Eliason commended UDOT for the success of the litter cleanup program. Rep Christofferson asked for information on performance measures, and Rachel Boe responded. Sen. Ipson thanked the analysts for their work. Olympic Facilities Background 7a. Olympic Facilities Background DFCM Presentation 7b. Transportation and Infrastructure DFCM Report on Olympic Venues and Funding Status Sean Faherty introduced Andy Marr, Division Director, DFCM, Darrell Hunting, Assistant Director of Capital Improvements, DFCM, and Colin Hilton, CEO, Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, who discussed the background of Olympic facilities. Rep. Christofferson asked for more information on financial support for athletes, and Colin Hilton responded. Sen. Wilson asked about the projected costs for facility renovations, and Colin Hilton responded. Other Business No additional business was discussed. Adjourn Sen. Ipson moved to adjourn. Chair Owens adjourned the meeting at 3:07 p.m.
