Accountable Base: CCE Presentation Josh Pittman, Financial Analyst, presented on Cultural and Community Engagement (CCE). Sen. Musselman asked for clarification on bookmobile funds/budget. Kathrine Porter, Deputy Commissioner CCE responded. Rep. Hansen asked for clarification on budget and ongoing state fund allocations. Josh Pittman responded. Kathrine Porter, Deputy Commissioner, CCE presented on best practices and internal budgeting. Call to Order and Approval of Minutes Sen. Musselman moved to approve the minutes from February 10, 2026. Homelessness Update 5. 2026 Point-In-Time Count Tyler Clancey, Utah State Homeless Coordinator, Office of Homeless Services presented. Along with Nick Colemen, Director of External Service, Office of Homeless Services. Sen. Musselman asked for clarification on programs. Tyler Clancey and Nick Colemen responded.
