Christopher Hansen, principal, Valuation Consulting Group, LLC, provided a statement regarding his background and qualifications for the appointment as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board and answered questions from the committee. Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Christopher Hansen as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board Sen. Escamilla moved to favorably recommend Christopher Hansen to the full Senate as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Michael Brumble as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board Michael Brumble, Vice President of Risk Management, SecurityNational Mortgage Company, provided a statement regarding his background and qualifications for the appointment as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Sen. Escamilla moved to favorably recommend Michael Brumble to the full Senate as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Jared Preisler as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board Jared Preisler, appraiser, J. Leland and Company, provided a statement regarding his background and qualifications for the appointment as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board and answered questions from the committee. Sen. Escamilla moved to favorably recommend Jared Preisler to the full Senate as a member to the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Joel Frost as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board Joel Frost, owner, ExcelAppraise, LLC, provided a statement regarding his background and qualifications for the appointment as an alternate member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board and answered questions from the committee. Sen. Escamilla moved to favorably recommend Joel Frost to the full Senate as an alternate member to the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Steve Davidson as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board Steve Davidson, residential appraiser, Morley and McConkie, LC, provided a statement regarding his background and qualifications for the appointment as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Sen. Escamilla moved to favorably recommend Steve Davidson to the full Senate as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Sen. Escamilla moved to adjourn. Chair Vickers adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
