Recording 1 Chair Millner called the meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. Committee Business Sen. Stevenson moved to approve the minutes of the January 15, 2026, meeting. Permanent Community Impact Fund Board Danny Van Wagoner, mayor, Castle Dale, presented on his background and interest in serving on the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board and answered questions from the committee. Sen. Owens moved to favorably recommend Danny Van Wagoner to the full Senate as a member of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board. Other Items/Adjourn Sen. Stevenson moved to adjourn. Chair Millner adjourned the meeting at 10:27 a.m.
