Kwan asked a clarifying question on USHE Proposal Reduction compared to the LFA Proposal. Geoffrey Landward and Sean Faherty responded. Sen. Riebe asked a clarifying question on EAC 5% Target Reductions. Sean Faherty responded. Sen. Kwan discussed the importance of EAC funds reallocation. Brandi Gittins responded. Utah Tech University: Health Sciences Building & Taylor Building 3rd Floor Remodel 10a. Utah Tech Dedicated Request-Health Sciences Bldg and Taylor Remodel Shane Smeed, President, Utah Tech University, and Paul Morris, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, Utah Tech University, presented. Rep. Elison spoke to the importance of the project. Rep. Sawyer asked a clarifying question on the funding commitment from the University of Utah Chair Welton expressed appreciation of the partnership with Utah Tech and the University of Utah. Dixie Technical College: Trades and Technology Building 11a. DXTC Trades and Technology Building Jordan Rushton, President, Dixie Technical College, presented. Sen. Riebe expressed gratitude for the development of technical colleges. Rep. Christofferson expressed gratitude for technical colleges RFA: Fourth Street Clinic Capital Projects Fund (Rep. Clancy) 12b. Fourth Street Clinic RFA Presentation 12c. One Pager 12d. Vision 2030 Summary Handout Rep. Clancy and Janida Emerson, CEO, Fourth Street Clinic, presented with John Doane, Doctor, University of Utah. Sen. Riebe expressed appreciation for Fourth Street Clinic. Rep. Christofferson asked a clarifying question on the use of the existing building during and after construction. Janida Emerson responded. Chair Welton expressed gratitude for the Fourth Street Clinic. RFA: Prison Capacity Expansion (Rep. Lisonbee) Rep. Lisonbee presented. Sen.
